Capuchin's learn and react to how they are treated. Just like children, if they are hit they learn to fear, if they are isolated they withdraw and sometimes become mean, but if they are love and nurtured, and given appropriate stimulation they thrive.
Chance has a "sense" about people. He can sense their mood, and reacts accordingly. if he senses your mad or angry, he flee's and screams. If he senses the love and kindness, he plays smiles and wants you to tickle his belly!!
