Service Animal DENIED Access!!!

I could not believe it today!  Granted it was Chances first outing to a resturant, next logical step in his training. Socialization to a new environment and we were ordered to leave!  Yes Buffet House in Grand Island told us it didn't matter that he was a service animal, he was an animal in a resturant and "lots of customers were complaining"  What ever, there was one couple next to us. I know they noticed Chance cause like a kid in a new toy store Chance was overly enthusiastic initially.   However with redirection he calmed down (mind you all this time he is IN HIS STROLLER, enclosed).     I know the language barrier didn't help the situation either but the hostest was VERY matter of fact, Chance needed to go back out.

No Tip left there, no acknowledge ment that Chance was a SERVICE ANIMAL with proper documentation, no other diners said anything, looked or seemed to notice us.     This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth about ignorance of the disabled in the community.
